Return & Refund Policy – Eau de Parfum Products
We strive to ensure a high-quality experience with every purchase. Due to the nature of fragrance products, the following return and refund conditions apply:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products purchased on clearance or sale are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact customer support at luxifyscent@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Clear images of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damage.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
7. Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging returns to avoid damage during transit.
- Claims made after the specified time window will not be accepted.
