Return & Refund Policy – Eau de Parfum Products

We strive to ensure a high-quality experience with every purchase. Due to the nature of fragrance products, the following return and refund conditions apply:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products purchased on clearance or sale are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at luxifyscent@gmail.com with:
  • Order number
  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damage.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

7. Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging returns to avoid damage during transit.
  • Claims made after the specified time window will not be accepted.
